Good Evening :) I am writing because I have trouble sleeping. If I have time I sleep for 12 hours, but when I wake up I feel dizzy. During weekdays I have a chance to sleep for 7-8 hours, but I feel dizzy when I wake up anyways and I just feel like I am going to fall. Sometimes this happens during the day as well, and I need to take a nap during the day as well. Hovewer, in the evening I feel ok and do not want to go to sleep. I think I also have to mention that my eating habits are not good - I eat just once a day ar 3-4pm, though I usually have some chocolate for breakfast. I am also vegetarian, but I eat eggs. I drink something like 0.5l water a day and a cup of green tea. I'd like to eat more, but I do not want to put on weight. I also get strong headaches these days and feel a bit depressed. Do you think it is about my eaiting? Maybe some illness? Or is this trouble sleeping has nothing to do with my eating? Thank you.
